Job summary

PRI Global is seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst to drive improvements across enterprise workflows. You will analyze, document, and optimize processes, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and design automation using Power Automate to deliver scalable solutions.

ideally, you will have a track record of mapping current-state processes, defining future-state designs, and collaborating with IT to implement process improvements at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Process Analysis, and Workflow Automation.
• Strong experience in Business Process Modeling (documenting, mapping, and optimizing).
• Experience facilitating and leading small collaborative workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, including designing, building, and implementing automation solutions.
• Experience automating generation of documents, portals, workflows, and business artifacts from various systems.
• Strong Business Process Analysis skills with ability to ensure processes are well-defined and communicated.
• Involvement in evaluating and improving existing processes and automations, contributing to future-state design.

Responsibilities
