Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking aSenior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive process discovery, analysis, and target-state design across multiple Agile workstreams. You will map As-Is processes, mentor analysts, and lead executive workshops to ensure consistent BPI practices.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders, translate needs into implementable requirements, and develop transition strategies aligning people, process, and technology.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience conducting business process analysis, process improvement, or modernization initiatives.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams or managing large-scale process improvement engagements.
• Experience leading development of current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process models.
• Experience facilitating executive interviews, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
• US citizen and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and ability to work from Washington, DC client office and Tysons Corner, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business process discovery interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Oversee development of detailed As-Is process maps, workflows, journey maps, and dependency analyses.
• Validate process documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Analyze operations to identify redundancies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvements.
• Synthesize findings across workstreams to identify patterns and trends.
• Facilitate collaborative design sessions for To-Be processes and operating models.
• Translate business needs into implementable requirements and capability recommendations.
• Develop transition strategies and modernization recommendations.
