Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of process optimization, process improvement, or project management experience; Six Sigma/LEAN certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the business unit's implementation processes; ensuring adherence to standard implementation processes.
• Manage business and program implementations to meet budget, timeline, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain standard implementation structures, work plans, issue logs, decision logs, and executive reports.
• Provide input on operating models, including standard corporate functional and information system models and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks between internal and external areas to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate project status to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor project team members and stakeholders to increase and maintain commitment to portfolio objectives.
