The position is primarily remote with national consideration. Requires 5+ years in health care or related fields and a Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in training, presenting, and facilitating.

Responsibilities

• Leads large-scale cross-functional initiatives for Encounter Business Operations.
• Provides policy guidance to ensure end-to-end process integrity.
• Organizes work teams, drives consensus, and manages project plans.
• Performs data analysis to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Uses Excel/PowerPoint/Visio to support project management.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
