Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end technology implementations for Care Management, translating clinical needs into scalable deployments and ensuring design through go-live and stabilization.

You will collaborate across clinical, operational, and IT teams, govern projects, drive testing, cutover planning, and deliver executive-ready reporting that informs strategic technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required and is the baseline qualification.
• 2+ years of technology implementation, systems configuration, or deployment experience.
• 3+ years of project management and cross-functional delivery experience; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology implementation from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
• Establish governance, project frameworks, and performance metrics for controlled rollouts.
• Translate results into executive-ready reporting to guide technology investments.
• Manage configuration, workflow design, and integration with IT and vendor teams.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design, testing, and cutover planning for core platforms.
