• Establish governance structures, project frameworks, and performance criteria for controlled rollouts.
• Translate results into executive-ready reporting to guide technology investments and risk management.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact technology and process improvements for Utilization Management.
• Lead requirements, design, testing, and cutover planning for core UM platforms.
