Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years in process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor key performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Handle direct employee personnel issues including performance management and development planning.
• Supervise non-exempt direct reports, assign workload and coach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to educate on the department and transfer social service inquiries.
• Train associates on new and existing processes; facilitate staff meetings as needed.
• Review, update and create training materials for associates.
• Ensure business processes comply with state and federal guidelines.
• Conduct service organization research, data entry and gap assignment/fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as needed.
