Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3 years’ quality or process improvement experience, or 5 years’ experience in quality or process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of process or value stream simulation.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects delivering sustainable savings.
• Completion of required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads process improvement tools and methods to eliminate losses in a Distribution Center.
• Delivers KPI analysis, loss elimination, and creates standard work to reduce variation.
• Promotes WPS playbooks and supports improvement teams on ideation and replication.
• Leads savings projects and builds capability of area managers and associates.
• Ensures compliance with policies and promotes ethics and integrity.
