Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3+ years in Quality or Process Improvement OR 5+ years in Quality or Process Improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of process or value stream simulation tools and techniques.
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long-term savings.

Responsibilities

• Leads Process Improvement tools and methods to eliminate losses in a Distribution Center per Walmart Performance System (WPS).
• Delivers KPI-driven results and creates standard work to reduce process variation.
• Supports deployment and integration of WPS programs and projects.
• Drives top-loss project execution and builds capability across area managers and associates.
• Ensures adherence to company policies and ethics while promoting continuous learning.
