Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 2 years' experience in Process Improvement or related work.
• Microsoft Office Suite and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives using tools like 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time-and-motion studies to eliminate losses in a Distribution Center.
• Deliver KPI-driven results by analyzing data, creating standard work, and reducing process variation.
• Assist with review and response of improvement projects owned by area managers.
• Support deployment of WPS program methodology and contribute to project ideation across teams.
• Manage project execution of top losses and build capability of area managers and associates.
• Promote policies and ethics while driving continuous learning and accountability.
