Responsibilities

Lead WPS tools (5S, RCA, Six Sigma, time/motion) to eliminate quality losses and deviations.
Compile and submit One Best Way deviations; contribute to divisional replication opportunities.
Build quality loss profiles, KPI metrics, and gap analyses to guide priorities and WPS integration.
Deliver results through loss elimination and standard work that reduces process variation.
Hire, train, and mentor associates while supporting department leaders on WPS programs and projects.
