Job summary

Walmart in Brookhaven, MS is seeking a Quality/Process Improvement professional to lead initiatives within the distribution center using Walmart Performance System (WPS). You will drive KPI analyses, perform 5S and time-and-motion studies, and develop standard work to reduce losses and variation.

Collaborating with area managers, you will deploy WPS methodologies, analyze deviations, and support continuous improvement projects while upholding Walmart's ethics and customer-focused standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement initiatives using 5S, Lean and Six Sigma methods to reduce quality losses and deviations in a Walmart Distribution Center.
• Analyze KPI data, perform loss elimination and develop standard work to reduce process variation.
• Assist with review and response of quality-focused projects and provide input to improvement teams.
• Develop area quality loss profiles and performance metrics to support WPS integration and deployment.
