Job summary

Walmart Lebanon PA is seeking a Quality/Process Improvement Lead to drive optimization initiatives across the distribution center. You will lead WPS-driven projects, guide lean methodologies, and work with cross-functional teams to eliminate losses and improve KPI performance.

The role requires engineering with Lean Six Sigma experience, strong analytics, and the ability to build capability among associates while upholding Walmart values and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 3 years’ experience in Quality or Process Improvement, or 5 years in Engineering/Process Improvement with Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long-term savings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads Process Improvement tools and methods (e.g., 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma) to reduce losses and deviations.
• Manages top Quality loss projects and builds area capability through coaching and mentorship.
• Develops gap analyses and KPI-driven plans to integrate with Walmart Performance System (WPS).
• Delivers KPI improvements, standard work, and loss elimination within the area.
• Ensures compliance with policies; supervises and develops associates; promotes a culture of belonging and integrity.
