• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.

• Experience mapping processes and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvements.
• Proficiency in process mapping techniques (SIPOC, swimlane, value stream mapping).
• Strong in data analysis and analytics with output-driven recommendations.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen or Rapid Improvement Events.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment; cross-functional collaboration.
