Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 7+ years demonstrated experience with continuous improvement programs.
• Master's degree/MBA.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience in a regulated industry developing and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the BPM strategy, including process mapping and change management framework.
• Establish and communicate the business process vision to drive LEAN or Six Sigma improvements.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximize value.
• Lead and drive large LEAN or Six Sigma transformations.
• Empower internal teams to create sustainable capability and promote continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and change across the organization.
• Identify end-to-end opportunities and design new processes that maximize value.
• Build capabilities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and financial returns.
• Assist in designing innovative solutions for performance and service delivery.
• Assess performance and remove barriers blocking goals.
• Maintain relationships with Leadership Community to secure buy-in.
• Provide training and Process Improvement guidance.
• Drive data-driven decisions adding value and outcomes.
• Document lean processes and report gains to senior management.
• Utilize visual management tools to communicate progress.
