Job summary

BEPC is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to support our customer’s business process and continuous improvement initiatives in Tucson, AZ. This role leads Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and improvement strategies across the organization, partnering with leadership to drive efficiency, cost reductions, and a culture of operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of progressive continuous improvement experience and a Black Belt certification, with the ability to influence

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience developing and implementing continuous improvement programs.
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional business transformations and BPM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the organization's BPM strategy.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma transformations aligned with priorities.
• Identify end-to-end improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Train, coach, and upskill internal teams in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Drive cost reductions and improve customer service and efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership to build support for improvements.
