Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt to drive organization-wide process clarity, operational improvement, and systems governance. You will partner with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to optimize end-to-end performance across people, processes, data, and controls.

Qualifications

• Must have deep Lean Six Sigma experience and Black Belt level expertise.
• Strong business and systems judgment with ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills to present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in for organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Create clarity around roles, ownership, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Lead strategic initiatives from discovery through implementation with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Map current and future state processes end to end (quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, service delivery, etc.).
• Document handoffs, data ownership, controls, and reporting dependencies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and reduce waste and complexity.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and Kaizen events and develop adoption plans.
• Develop business cases, recommendations, dashboards, and control plans to sustain gains.
• Build alignment and translate findings for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Document enterprise application portfolio, integrations, and data flows; maintain standards.
