Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a senior Continuous Improvement leader to develop and execute a comprehensive BPM strategy across the organization. You will map processes, lead LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives, and drive sustained change aligned with corporate goals.

You will empower teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable financial and operational gains. A regulated-industry background is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 7+ years in continuous improvement programs with increasing responsibility.
• Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop & drive the BPM strategy with process mapping and change management for process improvement.
• Establish and communicate a vision, providing strategic LEAN/Six Sigma direction.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximize value.
• Lead and drive large LEAN or Six Sigma transformations.
• Empower and upskill teams to create sustainable capability and promote innovation.
• Foster a continual LEAN Six Sigma culture across the organization.
• Build and train culture using continuous improvement methods.
• Identify end-to-end improvement opportunities and design value-creating processes.
• Improve processes to drive efficiencies and measurable financial returns.
• Assist in designing innovative solutions to improve performance and service delivery.
• Assess performance and identify root causes; remove barriers to goals.
• Maintain relationships with Leadership to drive support and transparency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and Process Improvement guidance to the org.
• Drive data-driven decisions and communicate progress to leadership.
• Document lean processes and improvements and present reports.
