Motion Recruitment is seeking a Business Process Manager in Oro Valley, AZ to lead lean initiatives across PHCS processes. The role focuses on training stakeholders, implementing lean principles, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The BPM will champion continuous improvement and drive organizational change.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with 7+ years of experience orchestrating CI programs and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 7+ years demonstrated experience with increasing responsibility in developing and implementing successful continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop & drive the BPM strategy, including process mapping and change management framework for process improvement.
• Establish and communicate the business process vision, providing leadership to drive LEAN or Six Sigma CI in line with goals.
• Deliver sustainable change by focusing on strategic priorities to maximize value.
• Lead and drive large LEAN or Six Sigma business transformations.
• Empower and upskill internal teams to create sustainable capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Foster a continual LEAN Six Sigma culture and train colleagues in CI methodologies.
• Identify end-to-end process improvement opportunities and design new processes for higher value.
• Build capabilities to improve processes, drive efficiencies and financial returns.
• Assist in designing innovative solutions to improve performance, satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Assess organizational performance and determine root causes of issues.
• Remove barriers to achieve goals and promote transparency.
• Work with leadership to deliver improvement opportunities and training.
• Drive data-driven decisions and present results to senior management.
• Document lean processes and report on efficiency gains and cost savings.
