Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PEX Sr. Associate on-site in Mesa, AZ to drive transformation initiatives and streamline operations using Lean/Six Sigma.

You will lead process improvements, prepare BRDs and business cases, and collaborate with delivery teams. The role requires Green Belt certification and 4–6 years of relevant experience; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Green Belt from a reputed certifying body
• Excellent analytical, presentation & communication skills
• Self-starter with initiative and drive

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in KPO/BPO
• Understands and articulates problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner from the delivery/operations teams
• Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), BRD and use cases
• Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks
• Actively contributes to change implementation initiatives on the floor
• Report issues related to problems/opportunities to transformation leaders
• Play a pivotal role in executing transformation governance model to build the continuous improvement culture
