• Knowledge of materials systems, inventories, and supply chain.
• Bilingual English – Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop a strategic plan for the area, including supply chain.
• Ensure project goals align with the plant's strategic plan.
• Update the performance measure system.
• Train personnel on the system and change processes.
• Coordinate meetings to report improvement status and results.
• Communicate with project leaders across plants.
• Support JJPS, Six Sigma, PE and Lean initiatives.
• Supervise engineering technicians and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
