Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Business Excellence Engineer Staff to translate plant strategies into measurable goals, drive Lean improvements, and lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing and supply chain. You will be responsible for implementing JJPS tools, Six Sigma, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with GMPs, ISO, FDA, and internal policies.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 4+ years in supervision or project direction, and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in supervision, administration, and project direction.
• Experience in medical products and manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for areas/processes including supply chain and manufacturing.
• Align project plans with plant strategy and achieve targets within time and budget.
• Update performance measurement systems and communicate results to Plant Management.
• Lead training on systems and changes for manufacturing, supply chain and related teams.
• Coordinate meetings to review improvements, issues, and status of projects.
