Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical device and/or cleanroom environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental requirements, including FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and applicable procedures.
• Own and improve operational performance through KPI management, production execution, capacity planning, inventory control, and business continuity planning.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Manage staffing, equipment, materials, and budgets to meet operational and customer delivery commitments.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and successful implementation of new products and technologies.
• Communicate performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
