• Assist in daily production needs, defect reduction, and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (Operations, Product Development, Quality Assurance).
• Use Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyze trends and drive process performance improvements.
• Assist with process documentation, validation activities, and audits (IQ/OQ/PQ, GMP, FDA QSR, ISO).
