Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year is required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, software, technology, or related fields.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Student must be enrolled during the internship and aligned to study area.
• Power BI or similar tool experience.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and data analysis.
• Time studies and cycle times experience.
• Develop value stream maps and process maps.
• Project management and related skills.
• PowerPoint, Canva familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive significant improvements in assigned areas using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with operations, support groups, and transactional areas to reduce costs and inventory.
• Develop current and future state value stream maps; track project execution plans.
• Support Kaizen teams, 6S, dashboards, scorecards, and standard work.
