Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a strategic plan for manufacturing and supply chain projects.
• Ensure project plans align with plant strategy and timelines.
• Update performance measurement systems and communicate progress to leadership.
• Lead training on systems and Lean/Six Sigma practices across teams.
• Coordinate cross-plant meetings and drive improvements.
