Job summary

Creation Technologies Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Manager in Newark, NY.

You will lead the Process Engineering team to optimize electronics manufacturing processes, drive improvement programs, and ensure QA throughout new product introductions and production. The role focuses on leadership, project delivery, Lean/Six Sigma practices, and regulatory compliance across EMS environments, including aerospace/defense and medical manufacturing experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with a focus on electronics and manufacturing processes or equivalent training.
• 10+ years progressive experience in electronics manufacturing with 3+ years in engineering management.
• A&D/Medical manufacturing experience required for A&D/Medical MFG sites.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across levels and with partners.
• Advanced SME expertise in Process Engineering and Test/Manufacturing disciplines.
• Fiscal responsibility with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, ITAR, CGP, IPC and J-STD standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to engineering teams and mentor staff.
• Develop strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead NPI launches with cross-functional teams.
• Manage engineering projects from conception to deployment.
• Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Oversee training and development of engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Plan and manage engineering CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to resolve issues.
