Job summary

Creation Technologies Newark, NY is seeking a Test Engineering Manager to lead the test engineering team at a high-reliability electronics manufacturing site. You will drive strategic plans, mentor engineers, and oversee test fixtures, calibration, and automation initiatives to improve product quality and throughput.

You will manage budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), collaborate with design and manufacturing teams, and ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485, and other standards while delivering on key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in electronics manufacturing with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Aerospace/Defense/Medical manufacturing experience for A&D/Medical sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485, ITAR, CGP, IPC and J-STD standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Test Engineering teams across the site.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment within budget and timelines.
• Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Establish calibration program and maintenance for test equipment.
• Integrate testing strategies with product design and manufacturing processes.
• Mentor and develop testing staff; drive training and career progression.
