Creation Technologies Inc. Newark, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team and drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets. You will manage staffing, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Education as stated or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Ensure adherence to operational and quality standards for compliant production.
• Manage staffing, output, on-time delivery, and standard compliance.
• Resolve moderately complex production and personnel issues to maintain performance.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, PM, and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Communicate performance and improvement plans to management and cross-functional teams.
• Directly manage production employees with coaching and accountability.
• Control labor utilization, overtime, scrap, and rework to reduce costs.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace per EHS&S policies.
