Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of EMS or equivalent program management experience.
• Strong technical understanding of electronics design, PCB assembly, SMT, manufacturing processes, and quality controls.
• Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and requirements, ensuring alignment with customer specs, timelines, and quality.
• Develop and manage production and delivery timelines, including NPI milestones.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ validations and ensure compliance with certifications (UL, CE, RoHS, ISO).
• Monitor program metrics: on-time delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness; identify root causes and solutions.
• Coordinate Customer Focused Teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and supply chain.
• Act as primary customer liaison; communicate updates and manage expectations.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, quotations, and cost controls; seek cost-saving opportunities.
