The Process Engineering Manager will lead and direct a team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to code/standards, applying Middough processes and best practices. The role requires a BS in Process Engineering, 15+ years as a Process Engineer, 5+ years in leadership, PE license preferred, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Accredited BS in Process Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical).
• PE license preferred.
• 15+ years of experience as a Process Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process Engineering team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with senior management and HR on staffing and coaching.
• Develop and implement quality checks per client, industry, and Middough standards.
