Job summary

Middough Inc. is seeking a Major Projects Manager to lead large engineering and construction programs from scope through closeout.

You will develop budgets, schedules and the project plan, and coordinate engineers, contractors and vendors to meet safety, quality and profitability targets. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of project leadership experience, a BS in engineering or architecture, PMP certification, and strong contract knowledge.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of complex project management experience in engineering/construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture; PMP certification.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, liabilities and risk management.
• Proven ability to build relationships and lead teams across client, suppliers and internal groups.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, planning and execution of large engineering/construction projects.
• Lead scope definition, budgeting, planning, and scheduling activities.
• Coordinate resources, contractors, and subcontractors to meet objectives.
• Manage change, risk, and compliance, ensuring profitability and safety.
• Prepare internal/ client reports and maintain client satisfaction, quality and schedule.
