The Process Engineering Manager will lead and direct a team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to code/standards, applying Middough processes and best practices. The role requires a BS in Process Engineering, 15+ years as a Process Engineer, 5+ years in leadership, PE license preferred, and strong communication and analytical skills.
As a Process Engineering Department Manager (DM) with Middough, you will lead, direct, and manage a team to complete assigned work on time, within budget, and in accordance with applicable codes/standards and Middough work processes and guidelines. The DM will also provide technical and management leadership by solving complex problems using technology, lessons learned, and best practices for technical and project execution excellence.
