• Accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct team members to successful completion of projects.
• Coordinate work with senior management on projects.
• Recruit and interview candidates with HR for department staffing.
• Coach and develop staff using best practices and training tools.
• Plan, cost development, and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Perform quality checks and reviews of all assigned projects.
