Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Technical Direction and Process Validation (TDPV) team. You will evaluate projects, develop process designs, and support Sales and CE teams with process expertise.

The role involves site audits, PFD/P&ID development, and providing safety input across field services, engineering, and design. Strong collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years' experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply.
• 10+ years' experience in detailed process design; reading proposals and specifications.
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated and safety-focused.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide colleagues on technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales and CE teams to support opportunities and WIN reviews.
• Provide technical/process support; represent Veolia at customer meetings from a process perspective.
• Develop/assess process design estimates, BFDs and PFDs for new/retrofit applications.
• Prepare P-table documentation: feedwater design basis, mass balance, calculations, simulations, injections, consumables, power and sparing.
• Participate in P-table reviews prior to proposals to ensure goals and specs are met.
• Peer review other SME projects as required.
• Submit P-table documentation to BS&P for HQ validation; respond to BS&P as needed.
• Coach/mentor TDPV team members and share subject matter expertise.
• Provide remote/on-site process training to field ops teams.
