Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Technical Direction and Process Validation team in Trevose, PA. You will collaborate with Process Engineers and SMEs to evaluate projects involving new construction, fleet-based solutions, and repurposing existing assets for water and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities include creating and reviewing process design calculations, PFDs/P&IDs, and providing technical guidance to Sales and CE teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 10+ years in water/wastewater process engineering or related field.
• Experience reading and interpreting proposals, specs, and process documents.
• Strong independent work ethic and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare process design estimates and calculations for MWIS projects.
• Develop and review PFDs and P&IDs for new and retrofit applications.
• Provide technical guidance to Sales and CE teams and participate in customer meetings.
• Conduct site audits and troubleshoot plant operations to improve performance.
• Mentor TDPV team members and deliver remote/on-site process training.
• Support lifecycle cost analyses and compare different flowsheets for best solutions.
