Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer within its Water Technology Business to collaborate with Process Engineers and SMEs on projects involving new construction, fleet-based solutions, and existing assets. Reports to the Technical Director and works across process design and validation activities.

You will prepare detailed process design calculations, develop PFDs and P&IDs, support Sales and CE teams, and perform site audits, providing safety input to field services and design teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline; Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental preferred.
• 10+ years in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply; hands-on experience preferred.
• Ability to read proposals and specifications; read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed process design calculations and block flow diagrams for new or retrofit projects.
• Develop and review PFDs and P&IDs for various treatment systems.
• Provide technical guidance to Sales and CE teams and support customer meetings.
• Conduct site and field audits to evaluate performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide operational safety input to field services, engineering, and design teams.
• Coach and mentor team members and deliver remote or on-site process training.
