Veolia Water Technology is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to guide cross-functional teams in delivering integrated water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions in North America.

You will own the PFDs, coordinate engineers, and drive design strategies while balancing technical risk, regulatory requirements, and client needs. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in an accredited engineering discipline. Advanced degrees will be considered.
Related experience, preferably in process engineering, with an emphasis on the design and/or operation of water, wastewater, or waste treatment systems.

Mansioni

Lead the development of complete water, wastewater, or waste treatment solutions, including process flow sheets and unit operations.
Own the overall Process Flow Diagram (PFD), flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees, working with engineers responsible for technologies.
Set the process strategy for the project, including design basis and safety factors.
Coordinate Process Engineers on the flow sheet; define deliverables and schedules.
Evaluate interactions of unit processes and anticipate effects on upstream/downstream stages.
Identify and manage technical risks across the treatment solution with the project team.
