Job summary

Kiewit’s Water Engineering team seeks a Lead Process Engineer to drive municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects across North America. You will lead process selection, design packages, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost-effective solutions.

With 10+ years in municipal/industrial water treatment, you will guide pursuits, develop process designs, and mentor junior engineers while working in a design-build/EPC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in process development and design for municipal and industrial water/wastewater.
• PE registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for industrial water and wastewater facility design.
• Lead process evaluation, selection, and optimization, plus pilot studies as needed.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver design-build/EPC projects.
• Support client development activities and project cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process modeling using industry-standard software.
