Job summary

Amcor is seeking a senior technical leader to drive advanced programs in materials science and packaging innovation. You will mentor teams, influence design decisions, and manage cross‑functional initiatives across global markets.

The role requires extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, platform solution delivery, and strong collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Quality teams to sustain ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required. PhD or graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical capacity within a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and develop technical talent to align with Amcor Leadership Framework.
• Drive programs from concept through stage-gate, including design of experiments, lean methods and IP protection.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality to resolve challenges and participate in capital projects.

Education

Undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering / Materials Science / Polymer Science or related area

PhD or Graduate degree preferred
