Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 3 years’ experience in Process Improvement
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills
• Process or Value Stream Simulation knowledge
• Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement efforts for your functional area using tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate losses.
• Analyze KPIs and drive loss elimination activities while creating standard work to reduce variation.
• Manage top‑loss projects, identify savings opportunities, lead projects to remove waste, support WPS integration via gap analysis and metric reviews.
• Apply network playbooks, provide feedback to improvement teams, and assist area managers with process initiatives.
• Support managers with WPS programs, associate engagement, KPI improvement, and deployment of WPS methodologies.
