Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field plus 4 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement or 6 years’ experience in Engineering/CI
• 4 years’ experience leading teams
• Knowledge of Quality Management System elements (e.g., SPC, FMEA, KPIs) and project ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnerships with site leadership to drive end‑to‑end improvements within the Distribution Center
• Manage and balance workloads of Process Quality Engineers for network and site projects
• Apply continuous improvement tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and SPC to eliminate losses and sustain standards
• Support Daily Management System reviews by analysing performance data and implementing corrective actions
• Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing barriers, and adjusting performance metrics
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build high‑performing teams aligned with company values
• Ensure compliance with policies and promote ethical standards and accountability
