The role requires 6+ years of experience, a BS/MS in Chemical/Mechanical/Biochemical/Petroleum engineering, and PE or CPIP preferred. Travel and collaboration with multi-discipline teams are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration or CPIP certification preferred.
• 6+ years of process engineering experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, specialty chemical, or related industries.
• Experience leading process engineering efforts on capital projects from concept through execution.
• Strong knowledge of safety, operability, reliability, and cost-effective design.

Aufgaben

• Lead process engineering activities for capital projects across multiple facilities.
• Serve as Process Lead on large, concurrent capital projects.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, M&E Balances, equipment datasheets, and design basis documents.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and process design basis calculations.
• Lead process hazard evaluations and integrate safety into design.
• Collaborate with mechanical, piping, civil, electrical, and controls teams.
• Support front-end loading, feasibility studies, and cost estimating.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
