Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Lead Process Engineer in Greenville, SC. You will supervise a team of engineers and process designers, directing the delivery of process engineering work for major capital projects with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years' experience in chemical/petroleum process design, a BS/MS in engineering, and PE/CPIP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration or CPIP certification is highly preferred.
• This position requires 6+ years of relevant industrial experience in chemical, petroleum, or biochemical process design engineering.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and provide technical direction to a team of engineers and process design designers.
• Deliver process engineering work on time and within budget while meeting quality expectations.
• Review and approve process engineering deliverables and estimates.
• Develop conceptual layouts, cost studies, and preliminary designs for major projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in client presentations and proposals.
