Job summary

Stantec seeks a Senior Process Engineer to join our Water practice, focusing on municipal and industrial wastewater projects. The role involves designing processes, evaluating systems, and supporting business development across the US and Canada, including a wide client base and regulatory interactions.

You will lead project teams, create construction documents, perform mass/energy balance calculations, and coordinate with clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• Mass & energy balance calculations.
• Ability to develop piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
• Experience in leading process evaluation and design.

Responsibilities

• Perform business development and client engagement to grow project wins.
• Lead and manage process design for water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare design basis documents, calculations, drawings, reports and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and clients for approvals.
• Develop construction documents including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Mentor and supervise project teams and support staffing and scheduling.
