Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with industrial and municipal wastewater experience. Based in the US, the role focuses on municipal, manufacturing, energy, and pharma markets across multiple locations, including Columbus, OH.

You will lead process evaluation, design efforts, and business development with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include leading engineering design, collaborating across disciplines, preparing construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering; PE license required.
• Minimum 12 years of total experience.
• Ability to obtain PE license in Minnesota within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and prepare proposals.
• Lead engineering design tasks for water and wastewater projects.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to develop specs and drawings.
• Review contractor submittals and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor and manage project teams and staff.
