Qualifications

• PhD or MSc/BSc with extensive chemical/pharmaceutical process development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing synthetic process manufacturing unit operations.
• Strong modeling/simulation and data analytics skills; familiarity with PAT systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering fundamentals to design and optimize chemical processes for small molecules, oligonucleotides, and peptides.
• Design and execute lab experiments using reaction kinetics, heat/mass transfer, and process modeling.
• Drive scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing sites with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, SOPs, and safety procedures in drug R&D.
