Qualifications

• Degree in chemical engineering or closely related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Experience with crystallization process design and scale-up principles.

Responsibilities

• Generate process design and unit operation knowledge for small molecules.
• Ensure successful scale-up of processes through engineering principles and equipment knowledge.
• Design and execute lab experiments including high- and low-throughput reactors for crystallization optimization.
• Develop drug substance processes and manufacturing tech focusing on API properties and crystallization to meet purity requirements.
• Leverage PAT and mechanistic models to develop robust crystallization processes.
• Transfer process information to internal/external sites and provide technical oversight.
• Publish and share original research through peer-reviewed channels.
