Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Strong problem-solving foundation with certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, RCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams or projects with moderate scope and risk.
• Develop processes and equipment for new products in manufacturing sites.
• Ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Mentor engineers and technicians and promote best practices.
