Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience required; 7+ years may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to contribute to technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company values and safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations and procedures.
• Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques with guidance from mentors.
• Review procedures and plans, evaluate products and processes for improvements.
• Participate in projects to investigate, develop and implement new product and process technologies of moderate complexity.
• Demonstrate proactive insight into technical challenges and initiate improvements.
• Plan, schedule and execute engineering work within a project scope; lead smaller projects.
• Apply data analysis to establish root causes for product/process failures and justify improvements.
• Collaborate with others to exchange information and ensure understanding.
• Embed Quality within the Engineering discipline and support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support Manufacturing Excellence and Market Focused Innovation strategies.
